About Me

I started "Catering by Ros" in 2003, catering for weddings, anniversaries, and corporate events. I was often asked if I could provide the cakes for various events. The cake-making and decorating soon started to dominate my time.So I sold the business, and concentrated on wedding cakes.

I started "Ros Wedding Cakes" in 2008, making all types of cakes, but specializing in Wedding & Anniversary Cakes.

Every bride wants freshly baked, beautifully hand decorated cake designed to her personal preference that will wow her wedding guests. I deliver all of this and more.
